This is a variation on the Patch Handle Carrier.
As the name suggests the gauge (thickness of film) increases from bottom to top, giving additional strength around the aperture area. The style is characterized by a distinctive “kidney” shaped aperture.
It is inclined to be a slightly cheaper option on shorter runs. There are various standard sizes and film colours available. The bags can be printed in pantone colours only.
